Here We Have Compiled A List Of The Most Common Questions Asked Regarding Lakeland Ford.

Q: Where is Lakeland Ford located?
A: Lakeland Ford is located in Lakeland, Florida at 1430 W. Memorial Blvd, Lakeland FL 33815. We are conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando just off I-4 at Exit 28.

Q: What are your sales hours?
A: Lakeland Ford SALES is open 7 days a week. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Sunday we are open from 12:00PM to 6:00PM. Sales is closed Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving.

Q: What are your service department hours?

A: Lakeland Ford SERVICE hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 8:00PM. Saturday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Service is closed Sundays. Service is also closed Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving.

Q: What are your Parts Department hours?
A: Lakeland Ford Parts is located in the Lakeland Ford building just inside the service waiting area. Parts is open Monday through Friday from 7:30Am to 6:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Lakeland Ford Parts Department is closed Sundays, Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving.

Q: What are your Body Shop / Collision Center hours?
A:
 Lakeland Body Shop and Collision Center is part of the Lakeland Automall family of services. Our hours are Monday thought Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM. Saturday appointments are available but need to be scheduled. Lakeland Body Shop is closed on Sunday. We repair all makes and models of vehicles using genuine manufacturer parts. Our certified technicians understand the importance of quality and are skilled in bringing your vehicle back to showroom new. We also install accessories including window tint, bed liners and other modifications.

Q: What vehicles can get the Nationwide Lifetime Warranty?
A:
 The Lakeland Ford Nationwide Lifetime Warranty is available on most Ford vehicles. Unfortunately Commercial, Fleet, ROUSH Supercharged and Plan deals (A, D, X & Z) do not qualify for Lifetime Warranty. Check with your sales advisor to make sure the vehicle you select is eligible.

Q: What does the Lakeland Ford Nationwide Lifetime Warranty cover?

Q: What’s covered on the 1 Year Maintenance?
A:
 Lakeland Ford 1 Year Free Maintenance is valid on every vehicle sold; both new and used. The warranty covers basic service including 2 oil changes, tire rotations and fluid top-off. Services must be used within the first 12 months of purchase and cannot be transferred.

Q: Does Lakeland Ford Service have a QuickLane®?
A: 
Yes, Lakeland Ford is an authorized Ford Quicklane® Dealer. This means faster basic services like oil changes, tire rotations and battery and wiper blade replacement. Please check with your Service Advisor for estimated wait times. Shuttle is available during business hours.

Q: Do you sell tires?
A:
 Yes, we stock hundreds of tires, including Michelin, Goodyear, Hankook, Pirelli, Yokohama, General, Continental, Toyo, Uniroyal, Kuhmo and will match any advertised price (if somebody ever beats our low prices!)

Q: Why should I service my vehicle at Lakeland Ford?
A:
 Lakeland Ford employees 27 Ford Certified Technicians dedicated to maintaining and repairing your vehicle right the first time every time using original Ford parts, most carrying a two year unlimited mile warranty. Our comfortable waiting area includes wi-fi, free coffee and doughnuts or you can use our free shuttle service. Loaner cars are available for most major repairs.

Q: Does Lakeland Ford have service coupons?
A:
 Yes. Updated service coupons are available on our website under SPECIALS. Coupons change monthly and some are offered exclusively by Lakeland Ford and ONLY valid at Lakeland Ford.

Q: Does Lakeland Ford carry all of the Ford vehicles?
A:
 Lakeland Ford is a certified Ford Dealer and either has or can get most any current Ford model vehicle. Ordering restrictions may apply on special orders. Commercial, Fleet and specialty vehicles may require additional up-fit or destination fees. We can even create a “wish list” for any customer that will notify you when a vehicle you have expressed interest in becomes available.

Q: When is the best time to buy a car?
A:
 We like to say anytime is a good time, but we realize different incentives may be offered at different times. Ford model rebates are released just after the first of every month and may not include every vehicle. Incentives are placed on vehicles and special dealer discounts can add to the savings. If you see a discount or savings on a particular vehicle, it may not last, so take advantage of the rebates and savings available when you are ready to purchase. Rebates typically expire at the end of every month or after a special holiday promotion.

Q: Is your business pet friendly?
A: 
Yes. If your pet is friendly so are we! Feel free to bring your pet with you while you wait for service or get more information about any vehicle. Because a purchase could take some time, you may not want to bring your pet, but we try to accommodate every customer need. Please be courteous of other customers who may not be animal lovers.

Q: Can you accommodate customers with special needs?

 We strive to provide the highest and best quality service for every customer. We do have handicap accessible facilities and staff that can also assist. Unfortunately we do not install aftermarket equipment that may be needed including chair lifts, steering or braking modifications or other special need options. Q: What is my trade worth?
A: 
There are many factors that go into the appraisal of any vehicle. These include the age, mileage, damage and overall condition. Q: How long does it take to buy a new vehicle from Lakeland Ford?

 How long it takes to buy a vehicle depends on the customer. Once a specific vehicle is chosen, the process should be pretty quick. Going to F&I (Finance & Insurance) sometimes may take longer if we are busy. Many parts of the sale process can conveniently be done online include trade value, credit application and vehicle comparisons. We try to make every experience fast, professional and personal – providing the best purchase experience online or at the dealership.

Q: What are “Specialty” vehicles?
A:
 Lakeland Ford offers special upgraded and modified versions of trucks and the Ford Mustang and Focus. We are a certified ROUSH and SCA Dealer as well as a certified commercial and fleet dealer.
